As part of his PhD research project, Njål Andersen is examining how expatriate’s social networks influence their life in Norway. Njål has been working closely with expats from the past 15 years and is an expert in expatriate process and working with cultural differences.
If you are an expatriate living in Norway, he invites you to participate in the study, by completing a questionnaire:
The quality of the results depends on the quality of the data collected. The questions are all state-of-the-art measures, but this also means it takes 20-40 minutes to fill out. He really appreciates and values your response!
This research is important for expatriates, anyone who participates can choose to get a report showing their social network and key personality measures that are especially relevant for expatriates, with an explanation of the results. Further, you will be invited to an interactive webinar “Socializing and networking the NORway”, where the results will be anonymously given during the webinar.
As soon as you have filled out the questionnaire Njål will send you the results along with an invitation to the webinar.
